In return, our client offers the most structured next step in your sales career, with ongoing training in both sales and economics. The Junior Account Executive role is designed as a stepping-stone for their Senior roles. Successful candidates will receive on the job training to take on their own sales within the first 6-12 months at the company.
As a Junior Account Executive your main tasks will be:
- Worldwide calling of potential clients and understanding their business needs
- Managing and closing your own deals, while assisting bigger accounts
- Directly collaborating with the Sales & Marketing Team for a great follow-up
- Participating in team meetings to share feedback and define action plans
- Build your own network of key decision makers within multinational companies
