As a Junior HR Generalist, your responsibilities include: - Providing support to the HR Generalist in different areas like recruitment, personnel administration, training, health & safety - Publishing and monitoring all jobs offers in the different job portals and social networks - Using the adequate recruitment channels to search and source candidates at a local and international level (universities, recruitment sites, online networks etc..) - Screening and contacting passive and active candidates ensuring technical and personal fit, as well as cultural fit through the company’s values - Selecting candidates and following-up with them - HR administration duties in line with the policies and guidelines - Database management and maintenance of all staff files - Personnel administration - Communicating constantly and efficiently with the HR team and other parties involved - Managing and organizing training courses, as the preparation and communication with suppliers and employees - Assisting in building the social media strategy of the company and organizing events
