Together with your colleagues, you will offer the best possible experience for costumers all over the world.  As a Junior Sports Advisor, your responsibilities include: - Deliver a best in class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions about their products or services through different contact points - Contribute and support the implementation of the Global Consumer Experience Strategy into the local market - Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at local market level into the CRM platform - Manage cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided - Review the information that ASICS delivers to the consumers at a local level in all possible sources (web, newsletters, Twitter, Facebook, posts, events,...)
