Descripción
• To deliver a comprehensive induction program to all new starters within the Barcelona Contact Centre
• To run business skills workshops and provide coaching, support and on-going development for these areas
• To assist in supporting the busy Grad Bay area, where new colleagues start interacting with our customers
• To work closely with the design team and wider delivery team to ensue content remains innovative and meaningful.
• Being available to assist the rest of the setup team with shared tasks outside of the daily remit, as required.
• Full evaluation of delegates and training content, through daily learning checks and formal classroom assessments to ensure continuous improvement
• Running more formal meetings – including Probationary Reviews
• Regular reporting to the L&D Manager with performance statistics, adherence, action plans to address, issues, etc.
• Travel across other sites for meetings and calibration purposes required twice a year
• To continually develop own knowledge and benchmark against external market trends to ensure best practice is maintained.
