Requisitos: REQUIREMENTS: Educational level: A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years attested by a diploma in law AND In addition to the above, appropriate professional experience of at least one year, acquired after the university degree Professional experience: Job-related proven experience of minimum 3 years following the education requirements Experience in: - Commercial contracts, including contract drafting. and negotiations gained either in-house in an industrial environment or in private practice with industrial clients; - Dealing with claims arising under commercial contracts; - Engineering or construction projects; - In dispute resolution; - Prior exposure to public procurement; - Working experience in a European or international environment. Computer literacy: Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) Language skills: Excellent working knowledge of English and Spanish
