Requisitos: Requirements: We are looking for a person with the following experience, qualifications and skills: -Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital/Internet Marketing, Business Administration or related field - Solid experience in managing a marketing team. A Team focused attitude. -Experience in online marketing (e.g., social media, SEO, landing pages, google analytics, display advertising, SEM, affiliate marketing, etc.) within the real estate industry preferably -Extremely proficient with MS Office - Experience with Salesforce -Inclined to innovate and identify continuous improvements and establish new strategies - Focused in national and international marketing - Used to deal with budgets - Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to produce quality work within tight deadlines - Strong organizational and time management skills - Self-motivated, self-directed, and results-driven - High level of English and Spanish
