You will be asked to build up a strong sales force; to develop, implement, analyze and expand the outbound acquisition sales programs using profitable methods and techniques. It also includes designing and managing the end-to-end sales process which requires internal and external support/communication:
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L Responsibility for Mid Market business results in the region (P&L, revenue, margin, Market share); Country P&Ls are shared/aligned with the country Channel leaders
- Collaborate with key regional and EMEA stakeholders to drive the regional Mid Market strategy;
- Work with Country Channel leaders to define collaboration between the Mid Market and country teams
- Conceptualize the South region telesales strategy including offers, scripting, campaign timing process changes and align execution with individual countries
- Develop solid business plans, deal pipelines & robust forecasts in line with EMEA guidance
- Translate Mid Market strategy into effective execution & sales plans to achieve FY aspiration budget
- Set up and lead a highly effective and productive multi-country telesales organization
- First year design and ramp up MM organization; Y2 and onwards: Improve and develop best in class on the Market.
