As a Multilingual Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities include: - Developing a good understanding of clients companies, their industry, and their overall work culture and environment - Headhunting: identifying and approaching suitable candidates - Doing direct searches to find the right candidates - Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and short-listing candidates - Conducting face-to-face interviews and Skype interviews with candidates - Preparing reports and profiles to send to clients for suitable applications - Briefing candidates about our client's culture, job responsibilities, salary and benefits - Assisting/coaching our candidates with useful information during the recruitment process - Consulting our clients about the job market - Being in direct contact with our clients, keeping a good relationship and analyzing results - Visiting clients to get to know their company culture, environment, and teams
