Requisitos: Experience as an Office Manager or Community Manager working within a fast paced dynamic environment.
Direct working knowledge of company operations and experience providing proactive assistance and support to the business.
Strong organisational skills. You've ideally worked in a start-up or dynamic, fast-paced environment. You're self motivated to do whatever needs doing from shipping a package to making sure we run amazing events.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrable ability to work with a variety of people, ranging from immediate and global colleagues to clients and external suppliers.
Analytical problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
Ability to handle confidential matters in an appropiate and ethical manner.
