On behalf of our client we are looking for an Office Manager to become part of an explosive, challenging, adventurous, exciting office in Barcelona.
As an Office Manager you will be responsible for:
- Doing contracts for the new employees
- Timesheets, costs, schedules
- Preparing client visits, ordering food with catering, making sure everything for the client visits is great.
- Receptionist, receiving and passing calls (very little, less than 3-5 calls per day, but they can be important)
- Clarifying accountancy with the Main office and our “gestoria” in spain,
- Managing the holiday forms, making sure it is all properly accounted
- Ordering and managing suppliers of IT equipment, cleaning services company, and all types of contracts.
