Descripción
We are recruiting an Office Manager, in charge of the reception and responsible for the daily office management. Furthermore, the resource will also provide support in HR and recruitment tasks. Main tasks:
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Liaising with our office and operations suppliers, technical equipment acquisition.
- Managing agendas, resources and meeting rooms (video-conference tools, coffee breaks, etc).
- Organizing travels (booking transports and accommodations) and internal and external events.
- Running of the office: maintain and replenish inventory (check stock to determine inventory levels, anticipate needed supplies and verify receipt of supply).
- HR support: job posting, sourcing and prescreen interviews (by phone or Skype).
