Descripción
The Office manager role will include the following responsibilities:
-Liaise with suppliers and clients
- Provides support, such as answering telephone, taking and delivering messages or transferring calls to
voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
- Welcome clients and announce visitors/candidates.
- Database Maintenance
- Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
- Provide office supplies (Stationery & kitchen supplies) for staff and maintain adequate stocks
- Booking for flights, hotels and rental cars.
- Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages
