- Travel Industry work experience with Russian, Ukranian markets is a must - Work experience with Incoming Software programs (SAMO, etc.) - Minimum of 3 years in Operation Management role within a fast-paced, digital environment, or relevant demonstrable experience - Organization and coordination of excursion and transfer services in Spain - Experience in Reps (guides and transfermans) selection - Daily contact with the suppliers (excursions, transfers, airports, etc.) - Setting, developments and managing of Operational department software part. - Product performance reports - CSQ distribution and analysis - Coordination of company flight operation - Keeping close relation with source market - Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals - Deep analysis of daily excursion sales and other local services - Organization and coordination of operational staff trainings - Knowledge, preparation and coordination of branding materials - Identify operational issues that could be improved - Deliver a monthly revenue forecast - Target setting processes for strategic planning - Ensure the quality of the data that is being communicated
