Descripción
As a Partner Account Manager you will be required to ensure each client project is executed successfully and that the client relationship is retained and grown. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with the clients and delivering predictable, sustainable revenue growth to the company.
Other key responsibilities include:
- Hit sales target within the company's framework.
- Generate and develop new business by winning and keeping the confidence and trust of existing & prospective clients.
- Developing and executing account plans.
- Ensure that deals are successfully closed, and time is not wasted chasing business which does not result in a sale (business management, revenue management, qualifying, forecasting, closing deals)
- Manage the procurement process through close of business to collection of payment.
- Establish measurable benchmarks for quality, quantity, and cost of results, and monitor & measure them on behalf of the client.
- Take actions to ensure clients satisfaction, by checking internally that campaigns are executed to time, to budget and to quality and keeping the clients updated on the progress of their campaign.
