We are looking for a Payroll Specialist with high Level of French and Dutch for our client, a big multinational company with offices in Barcelona.
This person will be responsible for ensuring that the administration and coordination of the country-specific payroll are managed effectively. Knowledge of Dutch and French and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is required.
As a Payroll Specialist you will have the following responsibilities:
-Ensuring that personnel administration/payroll processes are in line with global directions, legal standards and country specific requirements
-Processing payroll timely and accurately
-Acting as a contact person for our business partners and external bodies
-Actively supporting transitions of HR transactional tasks
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
- Excellent Level of Dutch and French
- Good Level of English
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a Payroll environment
- Familiar with SAP/R3 HR system would be an asset
