As PERSONAL SHOPPER, you are the outpost of our sign. You are the main contact to assist and advise our clients in their choice. Enterprising, intelligent and dynamic: • You support the customer by phone or chat to understand his tastes, his desires, his consumption habits. • You select and offer over than 350 brands of men's fashion, clothing and accessories corresponding to the desires of your customer and make the sale • You manage incoming requests and also contact customers directly regarding various cases (abandoned basket, arrival of new products ...) to increase sales and generate repeat purchase. The profile we are looking for: • You have experience in sales, (ideally in menswear) and are an effective seller ready to work in a fast pace environment. • You are a listener and service oriented, you understand needs. • You are driven by the challenge to develop, run and satisfy a wide portfolio of the most demanding customers. • You are organized and methodical; you know how to manage priorities. • You are enterprising and contribute to the development of a young company motivates you. • You are English or French with excellent written and oral expression in both languages.
