Descripción
• Support the company on project activities and coordinate internally and with Partners
• Define bids, negotiate and follow up on the project lifecycle of the digital initiatives
• Track detailed progress from vendor reconciling against plan, identifying and escalating deviations
• Track vendor issues and ensure resolution
• Support meeting and workshops with vendor and company (organizing, minutes, etc.)
• Constructively challenge vendor plan identifying risks and quality gaps and proposing remediation/mitigations
• Help to provide the vendor with the resources they need from the company (resources, information, etc.) reaching out to different levels of company structure for those resources
• Support communication and coordination activities between vendor and company
• Collect accurate information about the status of different project activities (vendor and company) and consolidate it in status reports
• Identification and analysis of dependencies of vendor activities with other company projects
• Smart handling of internal and partner discussions / initiatives
