We are looking for a person who will be in charge of the quality of service analysis, monitoring, reporting and relations support. The candidate will be part of our department of Network Operations and Support Centre.
Job Description:
Quality of Service Monitoring, analysis, reporting and suggesting corrections.
Issuance, filling, tracking, and follow-up on Quality of Service, Trouble Tickets. Cost and Quality analysis and trend for the development of rate standards. Carrier Relations Support.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Strong skills working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other database programs
- Knowledge of computer/telecommunications technology valued.
- Ability to communicate in English a Must
