Tech Data's European Supplies and Print business has as a mission to ensure Tech Data across our European organization is providing our customers the best in class category portfolio solutions required to grow their business and work with our vendor's in facilitating their access to our thousands of re-sellers with their value propositions. We do this by leveraging our best in class Pan-European logistics and back-office infrastructure while working with country management and business unit resources which are close to the local markets. The European Business manager role is a key link between the central Tech Data organization, Back and middle office functions, local subsidiaries and our vendor partners in taking the value proposition to market across the different key sales channels, Corporate and Retail.
1. Planning & Controlling a. Product Sales Forecasting and alignment with countries & vendors b. Support procurement in to ensure correct availability across all Europe c. Control and tracking of European Inventory quality and collaborate with procurement for correct actions d. Ensure smooth procurement process together with Back Office and country subsidiaries e. Backlog management supervision 2. Vendor rebate management a. Support Business owner in rebate management calculation and control b. Document processes rebate related c. P&L in collaboration with Finance 3. Product Management & Development a. Monitor Front end margin and highlight main deviances vs plan b. Control countries performances vs plan on Supplies and Printing vendors c. Update e-commerce product related information d. Ensure all countries e-commerce information well maintained and provide up selling/cross selling information
