Descripción
The Training Specialist works closely with the Global Training Manager and is the projects primary point of contact with respect to training planning and delivery. He/she is responsible for ensuring proper handling of all functional areas involved in the training development, by assigning and coordinating tasks and planning efforts.
The Training specialist will focus on the key activities below stated.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
• Delivers Training Need Analysis, Training Curriculum, Training Course Descriptions, Training Plan
• Guides and supports the creation of training material
• Provides status updates and reports to Global Training Manager and/or Project Management
• Organizes training sessions (facilities included) when required
• Oversees the quality of final deliverables ensuring the respect of Global training standards
• Performs adequate projects reviews, to ensure adherence to the training standards; monitors and supports remediation of observations
• Takes care of the implementation of training maintenance procedures
• Supports Global Training Management with special regards to activities within the IT Department and/or all what may be needed
