Our client is a well-known multinational company which offers their clients the possibility to find restaurants based on the type of cuisine, ambiance, location, and price. Their purpose is to give customers the possibility to book, check table availability, choose and comment restaurants at any time and from everywhere. They are now looking for a Customer Service Manager to strengthen their team in Barcelona.
As Quality & Compliance Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Acting as guarantor of the company's partner and booking processes
- Build and manage the current Quality & Compliance team
- Design and implement programs, policies and practices to ensure that B2B clients respect the company's general conditions
- Make sure that B2C clients have no problems with their bookings
- Deal with the complexity of multiple lines of business and regions
- Set up objectives and targets for your team
- Act under the new laws and regulations
