As Quality & Compliance Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Acting as guarantor of the company's partner and booking processes
- Build and manage the current Quality & Compliance team
- Design and implement programs, policies and practices to ensure that B2B clients respect the company's general conditions
- Make sure that B2C clients have no problems with their bookings
- Deal with the complexity of multiple lines of business and regions
- Set up objectives and targets for your team
- Act under the new laws and regulations
