For the Dutch team, our client is looking for someone who can thrive in this newly created position. They are looking for an international talent to control and assure the quality to constantly meet their clients and customers´ expectations.
As a Quality Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Making sure all quality standards are met for the offered services to users/guests as to the restaurants
- Improve your clients´ (restaurant owners) knowledge of the software and train them to become better users
- Making and analyzing reports about the use of the software by your clients
- Managing possible incidents between restaurants and users
- Improve the awareness and quality of your clients in their daily use of the software; the outcomes and client-management
- Proposing areas where your clients can make an improvement or provide a better service
- Analyzing how user-friendly the software is, for both clients and users, and proposing improvements to improve their experience
