We are looking for a Recruitment/placement Consultant to join our European team based in the West Midlands in the United Kingdom. The successful candidate must have Excellent English skills and must have multi lingual skills, be a good communicator as well as being extremely organised. The ideal candidate must want to go the extra mile and be ambitious and determined to succeed in this busy dynamic environment. Job Details • Advertise jobs with specific specifications • Collating and matching CV’s to job specs • Communicate and screen potential candidates • Shortlisting of candidates ready to supply onto each contract we supply to • Liaising between the UK and European regulations • Distribution of relevant information to candidates • Arranging recruitment open days in relevant countries • Promoting the business at job fairs to help with the flow of candidates Requirements Skills Required • Excellent English is mandatory • Recruitment/Sales Experience is a necessity An ideal candidate will come from a Recruitment/HR/Sales back ground but it is not essential as training and development will be given. Language skills English – advanced Advanced level at least one of the following languages: Spanish Italian Hungarian Slovak Czech Slovenian Estonian Latvian Offer Job Package • Excellent Basic Salary £18000 p/a plus a high bonus structure • 28 Holidays p/annum including 8 Bank Holidays
