As a Recruitment Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 2 recruiters
- Managing the Recruitment Process including job posting, cv sifting, telephone interviews, cv database and exit interviews
- Working with the operations team to create a robust recruitment process
- Finding and managing recruitment agencies and job portals
- Analysing and reporting the success/failure rate for different cv sources and exit interviews
- Conducting exit interviews
- Setting up contracts and verifying all necessary HR documentation for new employees
