Requisitos: - University degree; - At least 3-4 years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in IT technical profiles and/or online marketing profiles; - Strong understanding of Internet-based recruiting tools is required; - Experience in employer branding or developing targeted recruitment campaigns; - Excellent time management skills and ability to work within a team; - Excellent writing and oral communication and negotiation skills are required; - Proficient English is a must; - Goal-oriented, self-driven and solid analytical skills.
