40 hours per week and additional over time hours as required to fulfil the requirement of the role

IV) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Sales Management
• Prospect and develop leads for new potential customers which ideally suit Mastip’s product range & capabilities
• Implement annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives with sales management by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for defined territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
• Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Provide feedback to sales & marketing management on selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Technical Support
• Provide field service and technical support when required to Customers (end users) to customer’s satisfaction.
• Review and advice on customer mould designs for Mastip systems.
• Work with customers to develop specialised solutions where applicable.
• Checking mould dimensions & Wiring the system at mould maker plan
• Provide feedback to Research and Development for new product and service improvements.
Key Performance Indicators
• Achieves assigned sales/growth quota in designated sales territory.
• Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
• Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
• Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
Travel, Trade Shows and Exhibitions
• Travel to prospective and current Key Account customers as necessary to initiate and maintain relationships.
• Meet and greet customers at tradeshows.
• Complete trip reports and present to wider team.

Other duties
• You may be required to carry out other duties requested of you from time to time.
