A top Barcelona-based luxury apartment agency is looking for a reservations agent. We need a talent to work exclusively for our Company to guarantee a high quality service to our clients. Job description:  Deal with web and phone enquiries. Reservations agents will be responsable for selling the apartments and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and web enquiries, and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest´s satisfaction.  Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations.  Upselling additional services, offering the right apartment and the most convenient for our business, always keeping the customer content.  Liaise, and give support to the other teams inside the company.  Provide quality control of advertised properties in different channels and websites.  Manage prices and tariffs.  Problem-Solving: Reservation agents will have to solve customer issues, sometimes without seeing the actual problem first hand.
