Your main goal as a Sales Account Manager will be to develop an effective business plan to increase sales in the Benelux market which includes hotels in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg.
One of your most important task will be to negotiate and create a wide variety of competitive and attractive packages with the hotels of your portfolio.
You will report directly to your team leader about the results in your region.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be:
-Responsible for a portfolio of around 200 hotels, in direct charge of the sales
-Establishing fruitful business relationships with the hotels in order to get the best competitive offers for their customers
-Suggesting and implementing actions and campaigns to react as fast as possible when sales are not aligned with budget or are decreasing
-Doing market analysis as well as weekly and monthly reports for the monitoring of sales and revenue
-Negotiating special, original and competitive getaways for their customers throughout the year and for specific marketing operations
