Description
We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor for one of our clients, a leading company in the technological sector.
Main Tasks
-Drive sales process across the team
-Empower team performance to meet sales objectives
-Motivate agents as a team leader
-Controll and drive KPIs
-Recruitment and turnover control
-First escalation point for Region specific issues
-Team Support (case escalations, emergencies, customer complaints)
-Collect and analyze metrics
-Reporting to the management
-Weekly review calls Country Managers
-Organize regular meetings to give feedback on team performance, upcoming changes
-Manage holidays and sicknesses
-Manage all disciplinary issues effectively
-Maintain contact with the customer regarding cases, new procedures, applications, tools
-360° vision on ISR individual performance and needs
-Call Monitoring/ call coaching
-1-2-1 sessions
Requirements
Requirements
-English native speaker
-1 year of experience in a similar role
-IT knowledge
-High customer care knowledge
Personal abilities
-Strong communication skills
-Ability to implement and manage change
