As a Team Leader, your responsibilities include: - Developing, supervising, training and evaluating the workflow of your team - Achieving budget, meeting your SLA’s, expanding sales and reaching goals - KPI’s planning and follow-up - Leading and motivating your team and increasing its productivity - Interviewing candidates and hiring successful new team members
