For their office in Barcelona, they are currently looking for a new Team Leader who will be managing a team of French Account Managers and Inside Sales. As a Sales Team Leader, your responsibilities include: - Manage a team of 15 to 20 Account Managers and Inside Sales - Monitor the achievement of sales objectives - Supervise the sales floor, making sure that your sales agents are working successfully and correctly - Make sure that your team has all the resources needed in order to achieve targets - Ensure absolute Customer satisfaction - Recruit new agents for your team - Review daily and monthly reports making sure that KPI's have been hit
