We are searching for a Data Conversion Lead, that will lead the following activities:
Creates and maintains the data map between legacy systems and new HRIS
Communicates data conversion requirements and changes to impacted work streams (e.g., Functional Lead, Integrations Lead) and adjudicates conflicts
Oversees data extraction/data conversion effort for all geographies, including development of tools
Documents data transformation requirements
Signs off on the data conversion scope, extraction/transformation program design and build, load readiness for each prototype, data validation report, completion of data harmonization and cleansing activities
Responsible for the creation of the Data Validation plan and executing the plan during each build
Identifies and directs Local Data Conversion SMEs who are responsible for validation at the business unit or local country level and training them prior to validation of data.
Identifies, documents and resolves data quality issues in the legacy system(s)
Oversees all data quality activities across legacy systems and geographies
Communicates data quality requirements and changes to impacted work streams (e.g., Functional Lead, Integrations Lead) and to adjudicate where changes may be open to disagreement
Documents Data Quality requirements
Records all data cleanliness matters on the Data Map
Sets cleanliness targets for prototype builds
Experience leading data conversion efforts for a global HR project
Understands functional context of data issues based on the fields impacted
Strong data analysis skills
Strong SAP HR background
Workday experience.
