We are looking for a candidate to support the Climate part of this business. We are looking for a senior consultant with a high level of English. You will be able to work in one of the following countries: Lyon, Milan, Barcelona, the Netherlands, Budapest or Bucharest. We apply innovation and technology to help farmers around the world produce more while conserving more. We help farmers grow yield sustainably so they can be successful, produce healthier foods, better animal feeds and more fiber, while also reducing agriculture's impact on our environment Mission: To build Climate OTC process for Europe, that will enable to: · Manage order and shipment notifications, as well as order and shipment monitoring/reporting · Manage the billing/payment information process for all orders, including monitoring, reconciliation, reporting and follow-up · Manage downstream data flow into our finance application · Manage all technical development requests to Enterprise Systems team · Provide training to Support and Sales on all new OTC features and enhancements · Manage the hardware returns (RMA) process · Analyze and operationalize program / promotion requests from marketing · Manage the PPI process (complaint) · Co-manage the commissions process · Lead initiatives such as dealer inventory and admin financial reporting
