Requisitos: - Requires substantial experience as a HR practitioner or Business Partner in an international HR environment, with a broad knowledge across a wide range of HR disciplines, particularly employee/industrial relations, Spanish legal framework, change management, compensation, benefits and payroll.
- Prior role within the Technology/Service Industry or equivalent fast-paced environment preferred
- Solid knowledge of Spanish Labour Law required
- Degree in Business Administration or Labour Law
- CIPD or equivalent qualification desired
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to work with individuals of multiple cultural backgrounds
- Proven experience in dealing with challenging employee relations
- Proactive and pragmatic approach with the ability to operate both at the strategic and tactical/operational level
- Robust, resilient, approachable and diplomatic with the confidence to deal with challenging senior leaders.
