Objectives
The Quality Assurance team is the responsible for the quality of the ISUS platform. The goal is to ensure that the software released meets the business requirements and it is bug free.
The team also provides technical support to end users, ensuring users have a smooth experience when using the platform.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but may not be limited to:
Quality Assurance
Partner with developers, product owners and the user community as required to resolve quality issues.
Help and support junior QA team members.
Participate on design discussions and requirement clarifications.
Define test conditions and test cases.
Test existent and new functionality through manual and automated tests.
Enter, follow up and define priorities for bugs on the tracking system.
Automate test cases.
Investigate reported issues and help when needed on the resolution.
Technical Support
Become an expert end user, providing support to other users/departments when needed.
Maintain a knowledge base of standard problems and resolutions.
Support other team members on tier 2 technical support.
