The project to work on is a trans-European network for veterinary health which notifies, certifies and monitors imports, exports and trade in animals and animal products. Economic operators (private sector) and competent authorities all over the world can use this web-based network to trace back and forth animal and animal product movement. You will answering all questions addressed to the Commission's services on the web application including general information requests, questions on specific technical issues by following strict processes. Requirements You will be client focused and active knowledge/ studies in the biology or veterinary field. • A Very good oral and written communication skills in English and French (another language and ideally Spanish is a plus. ) • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel & Word) • ITIL processes if possible • Strong analytical, problem solving and learning skills • General Knowledge of EU institutions • Team player Offer We offer a long term opportunity to get some really good experience working in an EU Institution in Brussels.
