Working as a Marketing Social Specialist, means being a highly motivated individual with experience and a passion for designing and implementing both online and offline Company’s content strategy, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation. We are looking for someone who can help us becoming popular and well positioned in the market. We are looking for an individual to build our followers, engage and maintain them, help turn them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our organization. You must know best practices and trends in social media marketing, love to be creative, and know how to both build and convert a digital audience. Requirements As a Marketing Social Specialist, you will take care of online and offline marketing activities. Online: Generate, edit, publish and share on our social media accounts daily content (original text, images, and video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Develop and execute social media strategy that follows our overall strategy, leading to increased fan engagement, followers, customer acquisition, traffic and revenue across all key social platforms including LinkedIn, Google+, Xing, Facebook and Instagram. Offline Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for corporate illustrations, presentations and websites. Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required We are looking for passionate applicants with: Fluency in English and Spanish is required Great writing skills in English are mandatory Previous experience in online and offline marketing is required (6 months at least) Soft skills: Professional and positive attitude.
