Together with your trainee, you will offer the best possible experience for costumers all over the world.  As a Sports Advisor Specialist, your responsibilities include: - Deliver a high-quality customer service over the phone and in your Social Media channels - Understanding and managing needs and providing your costumers with adequate solutions - Providing guidance and support to a trainee that will be working directly with (and reporting to) you - Entering data and maintaining the database at local market level - Reviewing information that they provide in all possible sources (like newsletters, web, posts, and events..etc.)
