We are recruiting a Store Manager for one of our clients, an International fashion brand. This person will be responsible for attaining the objectives in terms of sales and growth established by Retail Direction, offering full experience of the brand to customers, and developing the team's potential so that it achieves the best possible level of efficiency.
As a Store Manager, you will be working in the store and reporting to the Area manager giving the best customer service. You will be responsible for managing the point of sales, product, invoicing and management in order to meet the sales targets, quality, stock optimization and brand image, as well as to ensure the implementation of the procedures and guidelines established by headquarters.
Your main responsibilities will be:
-Sales management: Knowing the KPI's for retail relating to the shop, Managing the point of sale efficiently as well as influencing in commercial decisions and making business analysis, working on a daily basis with the Area Manager to order plan sales correctly.
-Customer service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction applying the company's policies.
-Team Management: Participation in recruitment, training and evaluation of Team members as well as recognising and identifying development needs and tasks assignment based on the requirements of the shop.
-Operations and procedures: Opening and closing, revision of team's work schedules taking into account relevant factors, carrying out the policies and strategies of Marketing and Visual Merchandising, ensure Team, Retail area and staff room image corresponding to criteria of the brand and maintain an extended knowledge of the business.
