Our client is a very well-known multinational E-commerce company which offers their clients the possibility to find restaurants based on the type of cuisine, ambiance, location, and price. Their purpose is to give customers the possibility to book, check table availability, chose and comment restaurants at any time and from everywhere and restaurants to manage their processes more effectively and efficiently.
As a Customer Service Team Leader, under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Building, managing, encouraging and inspiring your international team
- Ensuring a great, consistent customer experience that matches the company´s vision and mission
- Ensuring satisfaction of your current and potential clients
- Setting up objectives for your team and following up their achievements
- Investigating, developing and implementing options to increase your team´s productivity and reduce costs
- Implementing and pursuing different strategies in order to ensure your customers continued happiness
- Dealing with the complexity of multiple lines of businesses and different regions
- Overcoming geographical and cultural distances and differences within your team and with your clients
