As a Supervisor, under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities include: - Building, managing, encouraging and inspiring your international team - Ensuring a great, consistent customer experience that matches the company´s vision and mission - Ensuring satisfaction of your current and potential clients - Setting up objectives for your team and following up their achievements - Investigating, developing and implementing options to increase your team´s productivity and reduce costs - Implementing and pursuing different strategies in order to ensure your customers continued happiness - Dealing with the complexity of multiple lines of businesses and different regions - Overcoming geographical and cultural distances and differences within your team and with your clients
