Under the Head of Billing & Collection Director & The Intenrational Collector Manager, your responsibilities include: - Ensuring recovery of bad debts on a portfolio of French market - Supervising a team of 3 agents (2 Cash Collectors & 1 Cash-in) for the French, Belgian and Swiss markets - Executing Cash-in tasks for the Swiss and French market - Daily receiving customer payments on the AX - Manual Invoicing of all formations, settings, rental, ghosts accounts, photos and other specific pack - Emissions corresponding manuals assets to customer requests or from other services - Monitoring bad debt customers
