The candidate will be responsible for supporting Worldwide sales and presales teams and to act as a technical consultant to design solution outsourcing and communications systems that best suits the client's needs.
To act as liaison between the sales and presales force, the operations team (projects and support) and financial department to develop and validate the proposals to be presented to customers.
To accompany the sales team in their visits to understand the client's problem, take requirements and then realizethem in a range of products and services. This can require the timely seeking partners to complement the offer.
Secondary functions include to be able to detect business opportunities in non-existing products and services so
that the customers can be better served, working with the Director of Technical Presales and other technical departments to help define priorities for development of capability in line with global strategy and customer / market requirements.
To support the Technical Presales Director with deal qualification and defining winning strategies for opportunities with both new customers and across the existing account deck.
This role will require you to undertake customer visits in Europe, Middle East, Asia-Pacific and Americas.
