As a Technical Support Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Escalating all high priority and severity issues accordingly
- Dealing with Governing/Regulatory bodies with enquiries within the appropriate timescale
- Ensuring all support queries and issues are logged and managed
- Using correct communication levels and media is used when updating customers
- Being aware of impact from releases and updates to customer base and escalate as required
- Establishing system installation, configuration and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks.
