As a technical support agent you would be part of the support department for motor trucks. Your main responsibilities would include: - Reception Calls Broadcast calls from clients dealing with emergency situations and other issues that arise during their stay abroad - Implementation of the hedges settled in each client company - Allocation of professionals necessary for the conveyance of the vehicle to transport passengers - Administrative Tasks (fax, electronic mail, use templates to manage car rental, hotels, taxis or ticket reservations) - Keep track and record all the information (reopening, service changes etc.) - Attend the customers needs and provide excellent customer service
