Requisitos: · Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. Good knowlegde of French and Spanish is a plus.
· A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar by experience.
· 2 to 5 years support experience within a similar role of answering calls within agreed SLA's.
· Customer focussed and passionate to satisfy our customers
· Excellent customer service skills: active listening skills, the ability to quickly assess and define technical problems and their causes and recommend solutions.
· The ability to prioritise demanding and competing support issues
· Self motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and able to work under pressure
· Willing to travel: occasional trips to clients in Spain and to SDP in Belgium for training purposes.
