Requisitos: Essential skills and experience required: · BS in Computer Sciences (or equivalent) · Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and briefing/presentation skills · Native English speaker or full professional proficiency · Must be able to multitask and prioritize assignments · Must be a self-starter, organized, and be able to work independently and in a team environment · Attention to detail and solid troubleshooting skills are imperative · Perform Q & A sessions for clients and peers · Must enjoy working directly with customers at all levels · Experience with technical support and bug reporting tools, identifying, documenting, and tracking support issues and defects. · Experience with virtualization · Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
