Descripción
As a Senior HR Administration you will report to the HR Manager and your main responsibilities will be:
-Provide advice and support to employees managers
-Provide HR administration service throughout the full life-cycle of the employees
-Support managers and functional heads with labour relations processes
-Ensure compliance with employment laws, company procedures and legislative requirements
-Prepare employment contracts, addendum, etc
-Communications with our external provider, especially those dedicated to compensation benefits.
-Ownership of the payroll Process Input payroll data into the HR System
-Input employee intranet: holidays, new joiners, leavers.
-Collaborate with other HR projects: job descriptions, reports or projects on demand.
