XOTELIA is a French company based in Lyon, France, which focuses on helping small innkeepers to manage bookings across multiple platforms. The software Xotelia is a channel manager designed for vacation rental owners (B&B, guesthouses, villas, apartments) which updates availabilities and prices on several OTAs like Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia etc.
The company is now hiring in Barcelona to broaden his customer support. The employee will first receive a training of 1-2 weeks in Barcelona by the Head of Customer Support and then independently work from Barcelona in a co-working space.
As customer support employee, you will be in permanent contact with our clients from more than 80 countries in the world.
Missions :
- You will contact our customers by phone / skype in order to train them to the use of the software. You then have to understand our customers’ needs through quality conversations.
- You will have to setup accounts on Xotelia and will be an active part of the technical team in France.
- You will report to the office in Lyon to keep yourself updated on the changes.
Job based in Barcelona : the coworking-space is not defined yet and will be given later.
